We Made It!

Over the last month, our family has made the big move across the country, from California to Maryland.  What an adventure it was!  We tried to only drive around 5 hours daily leaving time for us to explore the local area.  Although we are not strangers to moves being in the Navy (we’ve moved 3 times in the last 5 years), this was the first move where we were driving a long distance with the kids.  However, they did GREAT!  I did not hear one complaint the entire journey!  I am so blessed to live this life and be able to experience these wonderful times with my beautiful family.

Our route beginning in the Central Valley of CA ending in Southern Maryland.

We stopped in Michigan to enjoy Christmas with our family.

We are starting back light schooling this week, and Libby begins her gymnastics class tomorrow.   Ian will be attending a gym class weekly, as well.  We checked out the Library and it looks great.  Looking forward to see what 2014 holds for our family!  Wishing you and yours a very happy 2014.
